While we shouldn’t need a designated day to tell them they are valued, today is National Employee Appreciation Day and a special day to share messages from our team expressing their appreciation for our associates.
Our appreciation goes beyond what they do for the company that allows us to partner with and serve long-term care providers, but for who they are as people. Like our customers, we are a 24/7/365 business, and our passion for pharmacy services doesn’t take a day off. This is why working as a team is critical to our shared success and leads to positive outcomes for our customers and the seniors in their care. And throughout our pharmacies, corporate offices, and in the field, we lead by putting our team first, knowing everyone has an important role to play in delivering our innovative services. Teamwork is what has carried us through the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, industry setbacks, and staffing concerns.
