Remedi SeniorCare Announces Erin Ascher as the Newly Appointed Senior Vice President of Human Resources

Erin Ascher joins Baltimore-based Remedi SeniorCare as the senior vice president of Human Resources. In this role, she will lead the vision and execution for all aspects of HR including – recruitment, compensation and benefits, organizational development, performance management, HR compliance, and employee relations and engagement. In addition, she will define human capital requirements and programs needed to support the business strategy of the company.  Jeffrey M. Ms. Ascher brings more than 25 years of human resources experience to the Remedi organization.  In her most recent position as chief human resources officer, she led the HR function for Gentherm, Inc., a global leader in thermal technology operating in 13 countries and employing more than 14,000 associates. A graduate of Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, she earned a Master of Science degree in Personnel and Employee Relations from Georgia State University in Atlanta.
