Strategic Relationship Management (SRM)

Remedi’s Strategic Relationship Management is at the core of our mission: To work collaboratively with senior healthcare facilities to optimize their pharmacy-related services. On a regular schedule, Remedi will conduct an in-depth review of your pharmacy services, identifying the drivers of your facility’s drug utilization and costs, clinical initiatives, operational issues, survey risks, pharmacy occurrence reports and more. We then collaborate with you to develop a shared action plan for increasing accuracy, efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Account Managers

Remedi SeniorCare assigns each facility client an Account Manager who will visit the facility monthly. The Account Manager works with your team as a liaison to pharmacy operations and provides feedback to your staff on pharmacy-related activities. The Account Manager can assist with training and education initiatives to ensure adherence to pharmacy and formulary policies and procedures. Each Account Manager is a registered nurse who is knowledgeable and experienced in long term care.

Consultant Pharmacists

Consultant pharmacists provide comprehensive Medication Regimen Reviews (MRR) which encompass clinical, financial and regulatory aspects of care. The Consultant Pharmacists’ primary goal is to improve clinical outcomes and minimize risk. Consultant Pharmacists also provide support to facility staff, participate in committees and provide education both in formal training settings as well as on an individual basis. After each visit, facilities receive a printed summary of activity from the Consultant Pharmacist.
