On October 14, 2014, Remedi SeniorCare hosted its semi-annual Nurse Advisory Board meeting in downtown Baltimore. Five years ago, the management team created the Nurse Advisory Board with the goal of getting a better understanding of what customers need and the challenges they face running their long term care and assisted living communities.
According to Nancy Burns, Vice President of Client Services, “these meetings have been integral for Remedi SeniorCare and have helped us to formulate a number of initiatives and, ultimately, improve the services we provide to our customers. It’s been a pleasure to work with these nurses and get to know them. Every meeting results in additional insight, and we continue to learn from them – and this last meeting, our ninth, reinforced how relevant the Nurse Advisory Board is to our organization.”
