Michael Bronfein

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Michael Bronfein has served as Remedi SeniorCare's chairman since its inception, and in November 2009 joined the executive team as CEO. Prior to that, he founded and spent 10 years as senior managing director at private equity firm Sterling Partners, where he led healthcare investing activities. Bronfein was co-founder, chairman, president and CEO of NeighborCare, which he helped grow from a single retail pharmacy to a national leader in long-term care and managed care pharmacy services, serving more than 250,000 long-term care residents and achieving revenues of more than $1 billion. In 1994, he received the E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year award for his leadership and innovation in developing NeighborCare. Prior to NeighborCare, Bronfein served as senior vice president of Signet Bank.

Bronfein contributes extensively to the Baltimore community, as chairman of the board of the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra and member of the Board of Visitors of the Bloomberg School of Public Health at Johns Hopkins University. Bronfein holds a B.A. in accounting from the University of Baltimore and is a non-practicing CPA.

Eric D. Becker

Senior Managing Director, Sterling Partners

Eric Becker is experienced in forming long-term partners with entrepreneurs at every stage, resulting in rapid growth. Prior to co-founding Sterling Partners 25 years ago, Becker co-founded LifeCard International, an innovative business entity that was acquired by Blue Cross Blue Shield in Maryland, reflecting the early entrepreneurial capabilities of Sterling founders. He also served as chairman of Tango Communications, a Sterling portfolio company formed to grow early-stage businesses in the computer telephony industry.

Steve Fader

Chairman and Founder, Atlantic Capital Group

Currently the chairman and founder at Atlantic Capital Group, LLC, Steve Fader has been a private equity and real estate investor for more than 15 years. In addition to his chairman function at ACG, Fader serves as CEO at Atlantic Automotive Corp., which represents 28 automobile brands in 65 retail locations under the MileOne brand name.

Frederick Hudson

Former Partner, KPMG

Frederick Hudson retired as a partner in charge of the healthcare audit practice for the Washington-Baltimore business unit of the accounting firm of KPMG after 37 years. He has served as an independent director of Vicor Technologies Inc. since June 2008. He serves on various boards and is a member of the audit and finance committee of the board of directors for GBMC Healthcare Inc., and its affiliate, the Greater Baltimore Medical Center.

Roger Lipitz

Managing Member, Ocean Assets

Roger Lipitz is the managing member of Ocean Assets LLC. He is a former chairman of the board of the Baltimore Development Corp. and the University of Maryland Medical System. He also chaired the board of Meridian Healthcare, the largest provider of long-term care services in Maryland. He is a past president of the American Health Care Association, the largest nursing home association in the U.S., and also served as president of the Maryland Nursing Home Association. Lipitz is a trustee of the Johns Hopkins University and chair of the Health Advisory Board at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
