Libby McDonald serves as the Senior Vice President of Account Services for Remedi SeniorCare. In this role, Mrs. McDonald works with and manages customer-facing teams, with her primary focus being customer retention and sales.

Having been in the long-term care industry for more than 25 years, Mrs. McDonald is uniquely qualified for the position of Senior Vice President of Account Services. In addition to being a Registered Nurse with more than 35 years of experience, Mrs. McDonald has held a variety of positions involving customer relationship management.
